📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire mining lifecycle, from exploration to closure, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability in mining operations.
• Lead a team of mining engineers, geologists, and environmental specialists to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and responsible mining practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and investors.
• Collaborate with local communities to address environmental and social concerns, fostering positive relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in mining practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including environmental and labor standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale mining projects, with a track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
