📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage inventory levels across our physical stores and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and seasonal stock planning.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in retail inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail inventory management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
