Whether you're conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, or providing coaching and mentoring, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives and create a positive impact on their employees and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct organisational development assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Design and implement tailored organisational development programs and initiatives to support clients' goals.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other interactive learning experiences to engage employees and drive change.
Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and employees to support their development and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver organisational development solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of organisational development initiatives to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in organisational development to inform your work and provide valuable insights to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in organisational development, change management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of organisational development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as OD, 360-degree feedback, and competency modeling.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organisational development programs and initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
