In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of inbound staff, ensuring that all incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the receipt and storage of goods. Your leadership will be key in optimizing warehouse operations and improving overall supply chain performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the inbound department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a team of inbound staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all incoming shipments are processed and stored correctly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all incoming goods meet the required standards.
• Analyze and report on inbound operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with the logistics manager to ensure seamless integration of inbound processes with overall warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or warehouse industry.
• Proven experience in managing inbound operations and coordinating with suppliers and drivers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices and standards.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Kupang and the surrounding area.
