📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize drug development processes, including pre-clinical and clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful translation of research findings into effective therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of new drug candidates.
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making in drug development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and industry trends.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in drug development.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and researchers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drug development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in using drug development software such as ADME/PK, in vitro and in vivo study tools, and statistical analysis software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality standards in drug development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
