Every day, you'll use tools like SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using SAP MES and Microsoft Excel to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reduce operational costs
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient production
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and cost savings
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or process improvement role
• Proficient in SAP MES and Microsoft Excel with a strong analytical background
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to travel to different sites as needed
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
