📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that technical information is effectively communicated to customers,Provide technical support to customers and answer questions related to our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of technical subjects is a plus
