📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quantity surveys and cost control for construction projects.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including bills of quantities and cost reports.,Monitoring project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to address cost-related issues.,Providing regular cost updates and reports to senior management.,Conducting site inspections to verify the accuracy of quantities and costs.,Maintaining accurate records of project costs and quantities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing and quantity surveying principles.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
