In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the General Affairs department, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and support services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the administrative and support services of the hospital, including reception, patient registration, and information desk.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain and update hospital records and documentation.,Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to General Affairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.,Provide administrative support to the hospital management and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of hospital operations and administrative procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with hospital management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
