📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure the restaurant operates within financial constraints.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
