📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and guidance to promote a positive work environment.,Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, addressing issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, and experience in implementing health and safety protocols.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
