📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
