Operations Manager - Luxury Resort & Restaurant Management

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all resort operations, including housekeeping, dining services, and event management. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently and that guest satisfaction is at the forefront of all decisions. This role offers a competitive salary of PHP 60,000 - 65,000 per month and the chance to be part of a team that values innovation and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the resort, including housekeeping, dining services, and event management.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain the resort's high standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Organize and execute special events and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food service and guest accommodations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and execute the resort's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort or restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a luxury resort or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
