PT Pertiwi Teknologi is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Badung, Bali. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception calendar.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Assist with front desk operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
