📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the logistics department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
