📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in property listings and marketing, including creating appealing property descriptions and high-quality photos
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are properly handled
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and client interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferably in Jakarta)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in using real estate software such as MLS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local Jakarta market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
