HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist - Warehouse (Contract-based)

As an HSE Specialist, you will work closely with warehouse managers and staff to identify and mitigate potential hazards, develop and maintain safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. You will use tools like SAP EHS and Microsoft Office Suite to manage and track HSE-related data. With your expertise, you will help Shopee maintain a strong safety culture and achieve our sustainability goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in the warehouse.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide training and awareness programs to warehouse staff on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OH&S Act.
• Experience with HSE management systems and software, such as SAP EHS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
