📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
