Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's vehicles, and comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Monitor and track the performance of the company's vehicles, and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the company's fleet.,Maintain accurate records of the company's fleet, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the company's fleet.,Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
