Link Pearl Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Operations Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to support various operational activities and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations to ensure seamless business processes.,Support the Operations Manager in managing and optimizing operational workflows.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and documentation.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Monitor and maintain operational compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and best practices.,Support the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating with external vendors and service providers.,Assist in the planning and organization of operational meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with operational management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
