📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.,Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.
