As a Deputy Crew Outlet, you will work closely with the Outlet Manager and the rest of the team to manage daily operations, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized outlet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in training and supervising new staff members.
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement outlet improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting reports on outlet performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategic plan.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
