Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.,Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
