📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage administrative tasks for youth programs, including event coordination and documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of new youth initiatives
- Support program coordinators with logistical planning and execution
- Maintain accurate records and reports for program evaluation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth program delivery
- Assist in the preparation of program materials and promotional content
- Provide administrative support during program events and activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program processes and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a youth development or similar organization
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with youth development programs and initiatives
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
