📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and support each other's stores.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
