📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures, including hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, and serology.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.,Supervise and mentor junior laboratory technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.,Participate in quality assurance activities, including proficiency testing and external quality assessment programs.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide accurate patient reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the medical laboratory field.,Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in medical laboratory technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.,Certification from a recognized professional organization, such as the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory (NAACL) or the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
