📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.,Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role in the construction industry.,Certification in Safety Management, such as OSHA, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
