📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily operations, including inventory management and supplier coordination
• Support customer service and team leadership initiatives
• Learn and utilize financial tools like QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Office Suite
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records using the in-house POS system
• Participate in training programs and mentorship sessions
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in quality control and food safety initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the food service industry
• Proven track record of customer service and team leadership
• Familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
