Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information and resolving their queries or complaints.,Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires to ensure consistent service quality.,Update and maintain customer records and order information in our system.,Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.,Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments accurately.,Promote Domino's products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using customer service software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
