In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Adhere to company guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
