📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end properties in Uluwatu and Ubud
• Manage a team of property managers, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related role
• Proven track record of success in managing high-end properties
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or Propertyspace
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
