📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring the availability of medications.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to patients on medication use and health-related issues.
  • Preparing and dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors.
  • Monitoring and reporting on pharmacy operations and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Participating in continuous professional development activities.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
